• On-spot Inspector system:S&K will send inspectors to each of the factories,to check the products during stage of being manufacturered,packed,loaded,shipped.and during these periods,the inspectors will send back clear photos to company salesmen,and salesmen therefore can provide better customer services.
• Speedy shipment: Advanced equipments,skilled workers,and a full set of management regulatioins will ensure all the orders will be produced quickly and reliablely. So we can guarantee a fast shipment.The packing and container loading process is also important to the safety of the goods during shipment.S&K inspectors will check the packing in factories also on the port when the goods are loading to container.S&K is ultilizing a good software to calculate for the best container-loading solution.
• Customer satisfaction:S&K will provide free professional advices and consultance to our protential customers,such as product recommendation for their projects,product technical consultance,free estimate and quote,shipment advices. • Responsibility for faulty goods:S&K is always responsible for all the faulty goods which are directly caused by S&K.S&K will work with its clients to solve this problem quickly and friendly,S&K will refund the money to the clients for the fauty parts,or send new good products to change for the bad ones free.Or the customers are encouraged to place new order which the goods can be particially unpaid(for the same amount of the faulty goods).
