Our granite countertops production process as follows:
1.Stone block selection:we pick up only the finest quality granite block to make your granite benchtops.
2.Machine cut:in this pace our precise cutting machine cut the stone blocks into slabs.
3.Calibration:in this phase we control each of the slab's surface is even in thickness.
4.Polishing process:we use the finest polishing tools and polishing pads to make each of the granite countertops to a high gloss,minimum 90 degrees.
5.Color difference control process:we select the polished granite countertops as per its color,we make sure all the granite countertops in one crate have the most close colors.
6.Edge profile processing and lamination(if needed).after that,polish the edges.
7.2nd time specification control:check the granite countertop thickness once again to make sure the total tolerance of thickness +/- 1mm.
8.Anti-polution precauctions and sealing:All granite countertops are sealed in our factory before packed.
9.Dry and pack them into the suitablbe clean packages:
10.Delivered to the port and load into containers.
